This is my competition entry for earth. It is comprised of copies of a kick drum recording and a high hat recording i've done with some phase vocoder processing. This short sound is really about 7 tracks of layered audio.

I modified a sound i found on here (it was labeled as "cc0" or public) to give it a bit of a psycho sound. The original user is "memz" and the title they made is "thriller score horror scene". Found this air vent on a location shoot. The vent was making a strange chirping noise. . . Like an alien cricket. Recorded with a tascam dr680 and sennheiser mkh-416.
